The Chef’s choice Pizzelle Pro works exceptionally well. I use the recipe that’s included which I cut in half and it is delicious. The unit works perfectly and you just wipe it off with a damp cloth to clean. Perfect at Christmas and other holidays. So glad I purchased this unit. My Grandson loved helping me.
